This Privacy Policy explains what information Ghost Zero ("Ghost Zero," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are a GrowthOps firm based in Utah. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.
SECTION 01Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is collected automatically as you use the site.
Information you provide. When you fill out our contact or intake form, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and any message you write. If you become a client, we collect the additional information needed to deliver our services and bill for them.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools automatically receive standard technical data — your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 04).
SECTION 02How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct calls, and prepare an audit or proposal;
- provide, operate, and improve our services if you become a client;
- send you service-related communications, including email and — with your consent — text messages (see Section 03);
- measure how the site is used, diagnose problems, and improve content and performance;
- protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information.
SECTION 03Text messaging & phone calls
If you provide a phone number and opt in, we may contact you by phone call or SMS/MMS text message — for example, to respond to an inquiry, confirm an appointment, or follow up on a quote. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or prevent us from contacting you about an active engagement by other means.
No mobile information — phone numbers or consent to be contacted by text — will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information collected solely for text messaging consent is not shared with any third party other than the messaging providers we use to deliver those messages on our behalf.
SECTION 04Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small files stored on your device; you can control or delete them through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
We use third-party analytics and advertising tools — which may include Google Analytics and Google Ads — to measure traffic and the performance of our marketing. These tools may set their own cookies and collect usage data subject to their own privacy policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.
SECTION 05How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, and never in exchange for money. Specifically, we may share information with:
- Service providers who operate parts of our stack under contract — for example, our CRM and automation platform (HighLevel), hosting and security (Cloudflare), email delivery (Postmark), and analytics and advertising providers (Google). These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.
- Professional advisors such as our accountants or attorneys, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
SECTION 06Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
SECTION 07Your choices & rights
You can:
- ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete your personal information;
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or reply STOP to texts; and
- set your browser to refuse cookies.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other state privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ghost000.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
SECTION 08Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including reputable hosting, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address issues promptly if they arise.
SECTION 09Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites and tools we don't control. This policy does not cover their practices; review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
SECTION 10Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
SECTION 11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective" date above and post the new version here. Material changes may be communicated more directly. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
