The situation
Salt Lake Piano Tek & Tune handles tuning, regulation, and service — the craft side of the same world as Safe & Sound Pianos. It needed a presence that was clearly its own, not a clone of the moving brand, and a place to publish the kind of knowledge that builds trust with piano owners.
The verdict
The audit named three things: a distinct editorial identity — warm, conservatory-styled, unmistakably a craftsman's brand — a journal to publish service knowledge and earn search traffic over time, and a claimed map listing so local owners find the technician.
What we installed
We designed and built the "Conservatory" website — cream and plum, a slim flat header, sheet-music dividers, a Roman-numeral service list — stood up a journal for ongoing posts, and claimed and optimized the Google Business Profile. Every capability below links to its feature page.
What changed
The service business now stands on its own — an identity that signals craftsmanship at a glance, a journal that gives the brand somewhere to teach and a way to grow in search over time, and a map listing that puts the technician in front of local owners searching for tuning and repair.
