The situation
Catering by Bryce has fed Utah events since 1984, with a clear specialty in self-serve, buffet-style catering. The reputation was solid; the website wasn't — it didn't lead with that buffet positioning, made it hard to request a quote, and left reviews and the map listing to chance.
The verdict
The audit named three things: a rebuilt website that puts the self-serve, buffet-style specialty front and center, native lead forms so inquiries come straight in, and review and map systems so a forty-year reputation actually shows up online.
What we installed
We rebuilt the website around the buffet-style positioning, added native lead forms wired for capture, automated review requests, and claimed and optimized the Google Business Profile. Every capability below links to its feature page.
What changed
The buffet-style specialty now leads the site instead of being buried, event inquiries arrive through native forms that drop straight into follow-up, and the map listing and automated reviews finally put four decades of reputation to work where new customers are looking.
