The situation
The Prosperity Society was initiated by RNW CPAs, a firm with a real asset most course creators never have: an established base of 500+ clients who already trusted them. What it didn't have was a way to package that expertise into a product people could subscribe to and pay for online.
The verdict
This wasn't a marketing problem — it was a product and platform problem. The firm needed a custom course platform with tiered subscriptions, integrated payments, a brand that stood on its own, and the email and content engine to launch it to an audience that was already there.
What we installed
We built a custom course platform with tiered annual subscriptions ($250–$500/yr), handled branding and web design, integrated payments, ran email campaigns through the CRM, and produced the content and media to fill the courses. Every capability below links to its file.
What changed
The platform converted an existing 500+ client base into a live, paying audience — 110+ recurring subscribers on tiered plans, turning a one-time service relationship into predictable subscription revenue.
