The situation

Safe & Sound Pianos moved pianos on reputation and referrals, but the website didn't signal the care and skill behind the work — and inquiries leaked through slow, manual follow-up. Five-star reviews existed, yet they trickled in by hand and never reflected the real volume of happy customers.

The audit named three gaps: a site and brand that read "premium" the way the crew actually operates, an automated way to capture and answer every inquiry in seconds, and a system that turned every completed move into a five-star review without anyone remembering to ask.
